How Long Will My Item Take To Be Delivered?

The majority of our products are packed and sent out for shipping within 3 days. Then, depending on location and weight of product, there may be 3 to 5 day delivery time. In general, most items reach their destination in 7 business days or less.

There are some bespoke products that are sourced from external suppliers. Some of these products have up to 5 day processing period before shipping. If this is the case with your item, it will be clearly stated on purchase and confirmation email.

Do I get a Tracking Number?

Yes, as soon as we get one! Normally we send them on the same day the item reaches the shipping depot. So, after processing and packing time, expect tracking to arrive in your email between 2 to 5 days after ordering.

My Item Is Delicate, Will It Arrive In Good Condition?

Yes! We ship with Fedex and UPS. Items are packed properly so they will handle a shipping journey!

Can I Get A Refund If I Am Not Happy?

If, within 30 days, the item is completely unused, unopened, and original packaging completely intact, then contact us and we will arrange this. If your item is defective, or incorrect, please read our shipping and returns page here.

Your Company Is Based In The UK, Does This Affect My Rights?

Not at all! We operate many stores outside of the UK. Our main shipping warehouse for items on this website is based in New York. We fully respect local laws and customer rights. Whatever rights as a customer you have in your state or country, you can be sure we work within those guidelines.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. Because of our supply chain and shipping location, Universal Shopping only serves USA customers at this time.
