RETURN TERMS AND INFORMATION:
Returns are allowed if requested within 30 calendar days of placing your order.
Opened, used or unsealed items cannot be returned unless they are damaged on delivery.
Damaged in shipping returns must be notified to us by email within 48 hours of receiving your item.
All returned items must have all the original packaging material intact, or we may not refund.
No request for refunds will be allowed after 30 days of order date. It can take up to 4 weeks to process a refund and for the credit to appear on your credit card.
Non-defective returns are NOT ALLOWED for Health Supplements, Foods, Personal Hygene, Household Cleaners, Consumable Goods.
Items Sent In Error.
In the very rare instance that you receive the wrong item, you must inform us within 10 days of ordering. After 10 days, we will consider the return request at our own discretion.
In order to request a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the order number, and if possible, a picture of the item and the bar code.
DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM UNIVERSAL SHOPPING.
If permission was not granted to return an item, we will not be responsible for refunding you. You must email us to request a return authorization and obtain the correct address to send the item back.
We will process your request within 2-3 business days and email to let you know if your return request has been accepted. If it is accepted, instructions will be provided on how to return the items along with the return address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded if we sent an incorrect item.
At this time universalshopping.com only ships to the continental United States.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the American territories or Military bases.
We do not ship internationally.
Shipping charges are based on weight of the ordered item.
At universalshopping.com all orders are usually processed and packed for shipping within 3 business days. Some bespoke items have a longer lead time until shipping due to our external suppliers. On rare occasions this can be between 5 or 7 days, but is dictated by the item.
We use Fedex and UPS for our shipping, and occasionally alternate shipping companies depending on supply of our products. Shipping is normally 3 to 5 days however some items can take longer. You will be informed via email of any longer shipping times. Notice is often posted on our checkout page, if longer shipping times are expected on an item.
As soon as we have tracking information, it will be supplied via email.
In general, your item will normally be processed, packed and shipped to you within 7 business days.
The majority of our products ship from our New York based shipping warehouse, but certain bespoke products are sent direct from external suppliers.
